Within each of our 91快播 community members is an inspirational story of perseverance and strength, and we are honored to share them. This narrative originally appeared as part of 91快播's #MyPath on social media.

"I always knew the college experience was something I wanted to have. As a first-generation college student, my parents and I learned everything together in the college search process. They were extremely loving and supportive every step of the way, encouraging me to create the future I wanted and go after all of my goals.

"I had a teammate in softball who was interested in 91快播. Coach Steve Smith would come to our games to watch her. That's how I first heard of 91快播. The first time I visited campus, it was snowing and raining. But the drive down the driveway was like nothing I had seen in any other school. It was beautiful! It was so homey and felt like a place where I could grow.

"The sense of community was the biggest draw. Even in virtual events, everyone was so welcoming and inclusive! I could tell they cared about every student. They were so helpful – they helped with prep work and coaching to complete our MTELs, our teacher of education licensing. I also won the Signature Scholarship Competition and received a four-year full tuition scholarship, another great opportunity 91快播 offers.

"I started in the elementary education program with a minor in child psychology. It's an excellent program. Even as a first year, I liked that I was required to do a classroom observation. It puts you into the field to know whether or not this is a fit for you.

"The greatest thing about my experience so far is how involved I became in a short time. Being on a small all-women's campus allowed me to take up many leadership positions. I'm on the softball team, a student ambassador, and I work for the athletics department, where I do marketing for our softball social media page.

"I always had an interest in education and psychology, but I didn't know I could have a career out of my creative side. Participating in social media creation has allowed me to explore new possibilities and switch to a marketing major. I've definitely changed my mind about what I want to do many times. I have a lot of passions. But my overall goal has always been to be happy in whatever I'm doing. I want to find and do what's perfect for me." - Madisyn Vera '25 #MyPath
