We Showed Our Pride!
The town of Longmeadow held its third annual Longmeadow Pride Festival on Sunday, September 17, on the town green and 91快播 came out in full support!
The University sponsored a booth staffed by Mary Lee Walsh, Alumni Relations and Donor Engagement Coordinator, Mary Phillips, Area Coordinator, and Lynn Pellerano '11 G'13, former president of the Alumni Association Council, who unreservedly showed their Carpe Diem spirit.
More than 30 students, many from our very own Gay Path Alliance, were treated to a pre-Pride Brunch in Blake before joining the festivities. Throughout the day students, faculty and staff dropped in to make the event a super success.
Peter Testori, Dean of Academic Resources & Title IX Coordinator and advisor to the Gay Path Alliance, was pleased to see the turnout: “91快播 University students always show up and show out! Student leaders hosted a brunch this morning and led us to the town green to celebrate and to remember the work continues! Shout out to Ashley Pereira, Dr. Kara A. Stevens, Mary Lee Walsh, Chris Gaudreau, and so many others for helping us celebrate!”
