New Student Orientation
Orientation is mandatory for all new first-year and transfer students.
1. Attend an Accepted Students Day!
2. Tour the campus! If you have not already visited our campus in Longmeadow, we invite you to tour our campus !
3. Financial Aid:
Create your FSA ID account for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( ). Please note, a separate FSA ID is required for both student and parent. If transferring, add 91快播 to your existing FAFSA documents.

Receive financial aid from our Student Financial Services department.
Review your financial aid award letter and schedule a meeting with your identified SFS counselor to discuss your aid package and payment options.
4. From your acceptance email complete your “Intent to Enroll” form, and through PayPal. (Please Note: Deposits from new, incoming students who choose not to attend the University are fully refundable prior to June 1 (for fall entrants) and November 1 (for spring entrants) of the upcoming academic year, by submitting a written request to Student Financial Services).

Financial Aid
Accept your financial aid award Contact Student Financial Services with any questions.
Tuition bills will be created early to mid June. Please refer to Student Financial Services on the BPU Community portal to access your bill.
All students will be charged for state required medical insurance. You can accept/ decline (waive) health insurance through 91快播 University. You can access the waiver option through the SFS option on the portal after tuition bills have been created

Parking RegistrationStudent ID and Vehicle Registration
Go to Public Safety on the . Please follow the instructions for your student ID photo and also how to register your vehicle. Student ID is required for access into any building on campus! You will need your ID on the first day of classes!!
Complete the online application to register your vehicle with campus public safety.The registration form for vehicles is generally not open until August 1st.
Residential students: Submit $300 fee.
Commuter students: No fee required.
Complete Advising Questionnaire and Schedule Advising Appointment
Prior to your virtual advising consultation with your Academic Advisor, please . This questionnaire is one of the first tools your advisor uses to get to know you and understand your individual needs, interests, and goals.
Your assigned academic advisor will contact you to schedule your virtual, one-on-one advising consultation appointments with you where you will learn about the advising tools and resources at 91快播. They will assist you in reviewing your major and core curriculum requirements, and registering for classes.
If you are a transfer student: they will help determine which credits have transferred over from previous colleges you attended.

Please note a physical exam is required within the last year. Do not delay in contacting your health care provider to schedule your physical exam with them. It can be a 2-3 month wait to see your provider. An alternative would be to have the physical exam done through another provider, like CVS Health Hub.

We will also need score reports from the following: Advancement, Dual Enrollment, CLEP, International Accelerate (if they apply to you). Transfer Students: We need official college transcripts from ALL colleges you have attended.
Complete BPU099 - Mandatory Online Intro Course
Soon after you deposit with us, you will be registered and invited to our New Student Orientation course called BPU099 via 91快播’s learning management system called Canvas.
To navigate here, please log into your
On your Dashboard, select the “Learning” tab.
Select Canvas. Once on Canvas, you will be asked to accept your first-course invitation at 91快播; BPU099- New Student Orientation.
This non graded course must be completed by the 1st day of classes.
Complete your Roommate Survey (If Applicable)
Once you deposit, you can complete . You will also receive a lease agreement to complete and return.
Spring Entry: Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in January.
Fall Entry: Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in August.
Roommate Requests: If you and another incoming student would like to be roommates please email residencelife@baypath.edu (both parties need to send an email stating they are in agreement to live with one another).
