Employer Reimbursement

Ask Your Employer About Tuition Reimbursement Benefits

Many employers offer tuition reimbursement as part of an employee benefits package. Each company will differ in the type and extent of reimbursement offered. However, if this option is available to you, it is always worth exploring. Perhaps you and your employer can both benefit from your education.

If you qualify for tuition reimbursement from your employer, you may apply to defer payment for each session until two weeks after it ends.

In many cases, this option relieves students of the burden of paying for tuition upfront and offers a unique opportunity to wait until after the completion of each class and submit grades for reimbursement, which will afford you the chance to get paid by your employer, and then in turn pay us.

The payment for the deferred portion of the bill must be made within two weeks from the last scheduled class date of each session. Payment may be made via check, cash, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

To apply for tuition deferment, visit the for information.

You must then complete the application and return the form to the Student Financial Services Office at least two weeks prior to the first scheduled class.
