Traci Talbert

Adjunct Faculty

MS, Springfield College; BA, American International College

Traci is a person who appreciates and values the significance of cultural competence as a tool for achieving success and making significant changes in our ever-changing world. “Take the time to discern, by listening to the individuals that surround you and, asking significant questions, before constructing a conclusion”. In my opinion, this will eliminate the need to use the statement, "It's business not personal" this statement can allow one to escape accountability and commitment to people under their leadership.

Born and raised in Springfield, MA, Traci spent most of her career in sales. Beginning in retail, followed by car sales, and 22 years in banking. Ten of those banking years as a branch manager. 2017 graduate of Springfield College, The School of Professional and Continuing Studies, earning a master's degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, and BA at American International College in 2015. She has spent the last five years facilitating presentations on diversity and cultural awareness in various organizations, incorporating customer service skills as a strategic initiative to develop a team and grow a business. Traci is an adjunct at Cambridge College and 91快播 University. She is teaching, Business Management, Project Management, Diversity in the Workplace Business Ethics, Leadership Models. and The Capstone Research Project. She is currently the Site Coordinator for the Clemente Program, which offer free college credits to interested individuals. Traci has utilized her degree, appreciation for cultural awareness, customer service excellence, and leadership skills, to establish, "The African American Female Professor Award Association." The goal of the organization is to honor and recognize an unrepresentative group of women in higher education, which is African American females. Bringing people together one difference at a time, is a key to successful families, communities, education and business growth.
