Tim Oslovich has served as an adjunct professor at 91快播 University since 2009. He has taught nonprofit management, ethics, philosophy, world religions, operations management, and communications courses online and in person. He received the 2019 Outstanding Online Adjunct Faculty Award at The American Women’s College.

Tim has been a leader in religious congregations and other faith-based nonprofits for more than twenty years. He served as a Lutheran pastor in an Alaskan village just south of the Arctic Circle for six years and in suburban Connecticut for seventeen years. He is also a certified Crucial Conversations trainer and has been a mediator for the Lutheran Church in New England for ten years. In addition to his work for religious congregations and his teaching, Tim has been an advocate for human rights. For several years, he served as the chairperson of the Connecticut Coalition to Save Darfur, an anti-genocide organization. He also served on the board of the Collaborative Center for Justice, a faith-based advocacy organization in Connecticut.

In 2015, Tim was the grateful recipient of a Lily Foundation Sabbatical Grant which enabled him to travel to New Zealand, Australia, and Iceland. He has also traveled to Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Kenya to be part of conversations with African church leaders to discuss how people in the United States could partner better with people in Africa in anti-poverty and human rights initiatives.
