Thomas Siebertz
Thomas is an experienced professional in the field of Quality Assurance and Food Safety. He began his career in the food industry before working in the government sector in regulatory affairs focusing on food safety. He has over 10 years of experience and earned his AAS in Food Science & Safety from North Shore Community College, his BS in Food Science from Kansas State University, and his Masters in Public Health in Environmental Health Science from New York Medical College. He teaches Food Defense and Intro to Food Science.
Thomas believes the practice of protecting public health through ensuring the safety food, water, and the environment is of utmost importance because it impacts the lives of everyone on the plant every day.
