I hold a PhD in English and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and have been teaching for 19 years. I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of Cincinnati and earned my graduate degree at Miami University of Ohio.

I currently work as a Sexual Assault advocate for Women Helping Women located on the campus of University of Cincinnati. I live in Northside, Ohio an eclectic urban neighborhood of Cincinnati, with my partner, our dog Butters and two cats, Patti Smith and Scully.
