Jessica Alvarez, MHA, BSN, RN, C-EFM
Ms. Alvarez is an experienced Clinical Operations and Administrative Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the acute care and ambulatory healthcare setting. In addition to over 25 years of clinical expertise, she is skilled in strategic planning, program development, mentorship, and multidisciplinary collaboration with multiple levels of stakeholders in the healthcare environment.
Ms. Alvarez will complete her Doctorate in Health Administration with a Specialization in Health Care Leadership in June 2023. Her areas of experience include leadership, quality assurance, patient safety, continuous process and performance improvement, budget administration, teaching and mentorship, and strategic planning and implementation.
Ms. Alvarez is currently the Senior Director of Women's & Children's Services, Acute Care and Critical Care in a regional acute care setting. She is an intuitive and goal-driven professional with a lead-by-example approach in overseeing clinical operations, and she excels in driving the achievement of clinical and organizational goals through proactive collaboration with key decision makers and associated entities.
